Setup Your WordPress Theme: After successfully installing WordPress at your domain, you can login into your WordPress panel. WordPress provide free theme by default but if you want to check any other theme then go to Appearance> Themes> Add New to choose new theme design.

I am suggesting WordPress based blog because it is really easy to use and search engines give some preference to WordPress websites/ blogs while ranking in search engine results page.
